Optimise all Images / Thumbnails with a mac Shortcut

We provide you a Shortcut to optimise all images you can upload to the CMS.

Add Shortcut to your Shortcut Library

Click the "Add Shortcut" Button in the window.


Open the Finder

Open the folder in the finder, in which are the images you would like to convert.

  1. Do right click on the selected images

  2. Or you can select all the wished images and do a right click

  3. Select the shortcut "Image Optimize"



4. Please select if you would like to optimise the File Size or generate Thumbnails for Showreels and News / Feed posts.

5. In the last step select a target folder in finder, where the shortcut should save the elements.

Tip: If the shortcut is asking for permissions to have acces to the folder, please grant it. It will only ask once per folder.
